My name is James Bryan and I am a candidate for an At-Large position on the Jacksonville City Council.

I’m an attorney here in town.  I used to work for the County as a Planner in their Planning & Development Department.  I loved being a Planner and constantly/sincerely told people it was the best job in the world.  But for my personal/family long-range plans, I thought it would be better to practice law.  It was a tough decision.

I decided to run because I wanted to demonstrate the kind of campaign and government I would like to see.  I intend to run a campaign different than those in the past.  This blog should make that self-evident.
